The Promenade Plantée is the Paris equivalent of the High Line in New York City, except Paris had theirs first. It's a partly-elevated park that runs along an old railway line. At one point, the rooftop path descends back down to street level, where you pass through a few tunnels, public gardens, and more walking trails. I wanted to find some of the less-touristy things to do in Paris and the Promenade Plantée fit my plans perfectly. It's also a good place to take a walk after a heavy meal. In other words, this where I went after my amazing breakfast at Holybelly on Saturday haha.
