626 Night Market | June 2018

July 8, 2018
The 626 Night Market is back for the summer! The next dates are:
July 20-22, August 10-12, and August 31 - September 2.

The very first time I went to the 626 Night Market was back in 2015. Even though I've only been going for a couple of years, it's become an event that I look forward to every summer, like a yearly tradition. I feel like the food vendors up their food game with even more innovative and unique dishes each year. At the same time, I'm still excited for the usual staples like bulgogi fries and taiyaki ice cream.

The 626 Night Market is still running tonight (Sunday 8/13) over at the Santa Anita racetrack. If you're interested in going and can't make it, there'll be one last night market next month during Labor Day weekend. I'll most likely be there as well haha.

626 Night Market | September 2016

I went to the final night of the 626 Night Market last weekend, and I'm still dreaming of all of the yummy food that I saw (and ate). The food highlight of the night for me was most definitely the curry bowl that my friend purchased from Lazy Bear. Isn't that rice bear the cutest thing you've ever seen!? I also tried a chocolate bubble waffle from Waffle Land, bulgogi fries, and a churro ice cream sundae from The Naughty Churro. Unfortunately the 626 Night Market is done for the year, but I'll be counting down the days until its return in 2017!

626 Night Market | July 2016

So on Friday night, my friend and I ventured out to Arcadia to attend the 626 Night Market. If you've never been before, the Night Market is packed with all sorts of unique foods, merchandise stands, art, games, and free entertainment! It should come as no surprise that I usually go there to eat haha. This year I saw a ton of really cool food items (I'm talking about rainbow grilled cheese sandwiches, bear-shaped rice, churro ice cream sundaes, sea urchin bowls, lemonade served in lightbulb-shaped glasses, and so much more!).

The lines can get pretty long (as you can see in my photos), but I still think that it's worth it for all of the yummy food. Tonight's the last night for the month of July, but the 626 Night Market will be back again in August and September!
