St. Lawrence Market

Exactly one week ago I found myself in the city of Toronto for the very first time. My game plan was to spend the day exploring as much as I could on foot, but first I needed food. Cue St. Lawrence Market and its 100+ vendors selling all sorts of fresh fruits and veggies, baked goods, premium meats, cheeses, and more! It very much reminded me of Grand Central Market over in DTLA. St. Lawrence Market was the perfect place to start off my morning and I ended up purchasing more than a few pastries (and souvenirs!) for the road.

Reno Diaries

A couple of weekends ago I flew up to Reno to visit one of my best friends for her birthday. On my first day there we basically went on a mini road trip through all of the surrounding towns. I was in shock at how 'Little-House-on-the-Prairie' everything seemed (not sure if that's the right reference, but I'm going with it). I can't wait to visit again and explore more unknown hiking trails, drive through more haunted towns (that's another story), and of course, eat my way through ALL of the buffets ha!
