N7 Creamery

I finally made it over to N7 Creamery last weekend after hearing about it from everyone back home (and I do mean EVERYONE). I have to say, their interior design is seriously on point - brick and wood walls, sleek lighting fixtures, and a gorgeous ceiling. Plus I just can't get over the amazing chalk wall created by Sean Tulgetske and Nathan Yoder.

But let's get to the most important part: the ice cream. I really enjoyed watching the staff go through the process of creating ice cream with liquid nitrogen. It's a unique concept that hasn't been seen in Rancho Cucamonga before. The texture of the ice cream is also much smoother than most grocery store brands (I loved that!). I'd definitely encourage everyone to support this local business and stop by, if you haven't already. Go eat some ice cream. It's ridiculously hot out there!

Sprinkles Ice Cream

Now if you know me at all, you know that I am a major cupcake addict. Sprinkles is pretty much all I talk about, so imagine my excitement when I heard that they were opening an ice cream shop!! I finally got to visit Sprinkles Ice Cream in Beverly Hills and it was a dream come true! The inside of the store smelled just like their cupcakes! And the ice cream? Delicious, of course!

The only downside was that the Sprinkles ATM next door was out of order. I'm coming back for you, Sprinkles ATM!!!

Dollar Scoop Thursdays

Handel's $1 scoop Thursdays are going to be my downfall. I just can't resist their amazing selection of flavors! My four cousins and I tried FIFTEEN different scoops of ice cream last Thursday! Banana cream pie is still my absolute favorite flavor, but chocoholic peanut butter ripple (seen in the 3rd photo) might just be a close second. Other flavors featured (in order): butter pecan, vanilla w/ oreo, caramel pretzel crunch, red velvet, mint chocolate chip, chocolate chocolate chip cheesecake chunk, cookie dough, and strawberry. Phew! What a list!

Handel's Homemade Ice Cream

Last Thursday I took my cousin over to Handel's for the first time. They have $1 Scoop Thursdays which is clearly the best idea that's ever been invented! We ended up trying chocolate malt, praline pecan, graham central station, and banana cream pie. The banana cream pie ice cream was my favorite, hands down! I can't wait until next Thursday to try more of their flavors!
