It's been awhile since I've blogged, but there was no way that I could contain my excitement after trying these soufflé pancakes from
Basilur Tea & Coffee yesterday!! They were so soft and fluffy and egg-y and delicious (albeit, a bit pricey)! But I've been dying to try soufflé pancakes ever since they started popping up on social media and I had no idea that there was a place in Orange County that served them! I just love checking off items from my food bucket list haha.
